"A great company with one of the worst."

A great company with one of the worst customer service agents on the market. They sent my order to the wrong continent and keep convincing me to this day that the order is on its way to me. Jennifer is straight up ignoring my messages and is copy-pasting the same reply every single day. They clothes are great, but the lack of customer service and shipping issues makes me not wanna order anything from them anymore.

"Faulty items and bad customer service"

I've been buying from Aybl for a while and the last few orders I have noticed the quality has declined. The scrunch bum leggings are not fit for purpose and unravel as as soon as you move in them. I have had a faulty item delivered recently so I contact Aybl customer service and they have been very unhelpful. Unable to swab the item for another as they are out of stock and would not offer a discount for me to keep the item. They did not respond to my last email so it is still unresolved. Will not be ordering again.
