Very helpful and efficient experience with Jennifer? I had a problem with my order as one item was showing as not been returned therefore I sent a message through the messenger service on the AYBL support page and got a reply a couple days after, I had an automatic response stating the message would be responded on the next working day (Monday) however I actually got a response on Sunday?? Jennifer fixed the problem the same day and rectified the information on my order which meant my refund could be processed a lot quicker, she was also very pleasant to speak to and was happy to help! Thank you Jennifer!

Had an issue with my leggings being faulty. Emailed and Danielle got back to me immediately offering an exchange free of charge. Unfortunately the item was out of stock therefore she offered me another pair of leggings however I wanted the matching set. As soon as the leggings came into stock Danielle emailed and had the replacement processed. Couldn't fault the customer service of Danielle at all, beyond helpful and I have zero issues! One of the best customer services I've came across in this industry.
