I recieved a product that was damaged, when i reported this i was quickly and kindly helped by Elle. She helped me to come op with a solution because the item was out of stock and always responded quickly! Now a new item is on its way to me!

If i could give 0 stars, I would. AYBL have the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered 2 pairs of shorts from them (the first i've ever ordered from the company), and after wearing a pair once, the stitching has come loose around the right leg and is unpicking itself. I immediately got in touch, and was asked to return them, but was then told that I couldn't as they had been worn. I have asked for something to be done about the issue with the shorts because they are clearly faulty and not fit for purpose if they start to fall apart after one wear. I have been in conversation with two different team members and they have both proceeded to ignore messages for over a week, and I have currently received absolutely no response regarding this issue. There is no other way to settle matters than through a chat bot system either.I am so disappointed after hearing good things from family and friends, but I would go out of my way to tell people not to buy from this company.

I ordered my first pair of leggings a few months back, I like the material and that it is sweat and squat proof. So I decided to order the shorts and I love the shorts way better. The sports bras are nice and have great support. But I will say getting my package took longer than expected. "Not worth ordering! Worst customer service EVER."
I placed a large order during their Birthday Sale and the order was sent to the wrong address. Unlucky for me I got assigned with the worst agent known to mankind - Jennifer. She has ignored my concerns and complaints for 3 weeks while my order is in the opposite side of the world. 0 interest in helping out and only copy paste replies. Would be better dealing with an actual bot at this point. Sucks for Aybl because I have had orders with them in the past and their products are incredible. However spend your money on a brand that actually cares about their customers. No point in spending your money here with all the competitors out there.

I have bought from AYBL for a good few months now & I'm obsessed with their gymwear. I had a slight issue with a pair of leggings so emailed AYBL support to see what could be done. I spoke to the lovely Mia, & she offered a replacement straight away free of charge & they got dispatched the same day. I will always order from here - customer service is excellent and it was so easy to sort out! Thank you!
