I received a pair of leggings which broke after wearing them twice. I reached out to customer service and didn't get a response. I then followed it up and got a response the next day. Lucy was dealing with my order and she handled it great, she sent me out a new pair the next day.

I never received my package and customer service is incredibly unhelpful. I've spent a week trying to sort my package not arriving. Bearing in mind this is just for a sports bra. Firstly, CS was very unhelpful and said they weren't going to action on it further. Then I got sent a pdf to fill out which you can't do automatically. Then it got rejected because apparently you have to HAND WRITE the contents? So I don't have a printer and I have to print, fill out, scan and send this, with little hope of it even guaranteeing a refund or to get my package re sent, the latter being my preference as I do actually really want my garment. I bought from here because my best friend is a rep for AYBL but this is embarrassing and I would not buy again/recommend. It's the kind of process that's really inconvenient to deter people from making use of their rights as a customer.
