Fabrics are great and choice of products is so nice. However it's the worst support I've ever experienced. I had ordered from the discount sale, they lost my order, I've tried for weeks to be in touch with them. They would reply every 48h without any additional info, to finally let me know - the order can back. I have two choices : 1) wait two weeks so they possibly restock my products and would send it again (if they have it) 2) get reimbursed. 2 solutions are bad: I would either don't have my products and/or wait 2 more weeks without proper answer or get paid back and won't even be able to order items at the same discount price. I've asked them to get reimbursed and delete my account. I'll never order from them again.
