"AYBL several missing items"
I place my order on AYBLs birthday sale and when i received my package 3 of the 7 items were missing but I was charged for all of the items. I contacted customer service via the Chatbot and when I received a reply from Jennifer she said to double-check and to make sure I hadn't misplaced the items. But then I reached out again and then Jennifer got my missing items sent to me! Thank you Jennifer!

I ordered a pair of pants during the anniversary sale and was eagerly awaiting them. When I received them, I noticed there were a couple holes from the seams coming undone. Sarah from CS helped right away to resolve this and made the process very simple. I appreciate the great customer service!!

Huge thank you to Jennifer my representative because I was begging a lot of unclear updates about my tracking information. The DHL site says it wasn't found then the postal site said they hadn't received it. The help desk chat kept telling me they needed more information and I couldn't get a clear order number on the website . Jennifer did some research and cleared everything up for me and eased my concern. Now I'm feeling better and can confirm my package is surely on the way to the right address and legitimately being shipped. Thank you so much

Unfortunately 1 star must be given, if it was up to me 0 stars reflects the service here.My Order should have arrived within 2-3 days but unfortunately after 10 days I had to chase my own order up as the customer service is non-existent.When I was contacted back after 10 days I was told to just wait longer. They are just a big brand who have no consideration for their customers.
