Ive shopped at Aybl for a while now and i love their products especially for the price and quality. It makes gym shopping so easy when everything is so cute and reliable.If needed returns are easy and even if there's a delay i always hear back from a teammate right away. This time i had help from Elle she was so kind and helped me with my delayed returns and made the process as seamless as possible !

"the WORST brand"
the WORST brand. As a regular gym buyer I seen AYBL products pop on social media and loved the look of them. Bought 3 pairs of leggings on one order, and then a huge haul of sets, t-shirts, socks, shorts etc on the other order. My three leggings have all split down the seam of the bum ALREADY! Contacted AYBL who basically said there is nothing at all they can do about it. What a way to treat your customers. I would not recommend, and would definitely not purchase again. Step up your customer services game as you should never treat buying customers the way you do. AVOID!

My two orders were placed on 3/25 during the early sale access on 3/25 but I have not received any items yet. Tracking for one order stopped updating on 4/6 and customer service is very unresponsive.. Additionally I canceled an order on 3/25 right after placing and still have not received my refund!!! Despite changing my name to Nikola for shipping and billing purposes, it's still showing as Niki! On the contrary, my Gymshark order placed on 4/6 was delivered on 4/12 without any issues via PPL. The customer service AYBL company has is very disappointing, customer service rep Danielle is online all day during work hours but no response for two days.. Next time I will rather order my gym clothes at Gymshark!!!
