She apologized (even though the issue wasn't on her) profusely for the inconvenience and solved my issue in a timely manner. She kept me updated about what she was doing and how she was fixing my issues. She made this experience a 10/10 and I will definitely be back to purchase more products!

The clothes are in a well quality. Unfortunately i received a damaged leggings and wrote to the customer service. Jennifer was very helpful and friendly and in a quick way the confimed a new delivery with no addition costs or anything. I just can recommend this shop and also the friendly Customer Service

"Took my money, expected me to forget about it"
When I first placed my order I waited beyond the expected delivery time, I was patient, I tracked it, but it never arrived with DHL.When I contacted support I was told it had been lost in transit and would be resent. I was happy at first, only the exact same thing happened again.When I reached out again I received and identical message advising it was lost in transit, making it clear their "support team" were likely bots. I asked for confirmation it could actually be sent, they advised me my items were in stock and could be resent. I was sceptical but gave it another shot. For a third time I waited diligently and watched the tracking only for it to never arrive with DHL until the tracking eventually timed out. Roughly 6 months from my initial purchase and having been given the run around several times, I requested a refund. This time the bot told me they were busy and would respond when they could, and not to send another message as this would further delay it. 3 months later I've still heard nothing. Aybl took my money and have tried to wait me out so I would forget or give up and I hate to think about how many other people they have done this to.Do not give them your money unless you are okay with never getting what you paid for or seeing it again.

unfortunately received the wrong product with my order. Contacted customer service and Lucy helped me. Lucy had great communication and offered to send another t-shirt my way at no additional cost, a shirt to my liking. Super satisfied with the solution and how this was handled by Lucy. thank you!
