Being a regular buyer I was unfortunate to come across a fault with a pair of leggings which I have to say is so rare due to the quality of the clothes I've purchased in the past.Not to fear.. once I messaged customer services (Jennifer) she swiftly and promptly got me a new item issued ! "Great customer service and quality"
The products are very nice. They feel soft yet sturdy. However something went wrong with my order. I missed a view items. After contacting the customer service I was told everything was shipped and I've got the proof with it too. I decided to make a few calls to the delivery companies that had my package, but they also told me nothing went wrong on their end. When I got this news I send an e-mail back to Megan, the customer service employee. I asked if there was anything she could do and she sent me the items I was missing again. Megan was very kind and understaning of my situation and she helped me incredibly well. What a friendly lady! I would surly suggest to buy at aybl, because they have good products and an even better customer service! Much thanks to Megan!

I had a missing item from my parcel just before the long Bank Holiday. I contacted customer support and spoke to Jennifer who made this such a easy experience and was sorted and a new item sent out to me with no more than 2/3 simple messages. Would highly recommend the items and the service matches the quality.
