"Elle was fantastic!"

Unfortunately my empower leggings tore along the seam, I reached out on the website and by the afternoon, Elle had helped me and arranged for a replacement product to be shipped out within 24 hours. I love this brand and was upset at the rip but impressed at the speed and quality of Elle's customer service. Just hoping another pair of leggings don't rip...I love them!

"DO NOT BOTHER"

Wanted to try AYBL for a while and their birthday sale was the perfect opportunity. Ordered the flare leggings in 2 sizes, empower leggings and sports bra. However, the day after I placed my order a girl at work said her leggings from there ripped, so from then I was questioning the quality. They came and everything looked nice, but the empower leggings had a sticker on it saying you have to be delicate with the bum scrunch part when putting it on/adjusting it. I get that, but surely something that's supposed to be worn when squatting in the gym etc should be more robust. Then I saw all these reviews about the leggings ripping after one or a few wears. Then I noticed one of the flare leggings had a massive bit of material/thread coming out of the inner thigh area when I got it out the packaging. I reached out to customer service as I was not too sure which of the 2 sizes I'd like to keep, and If I were to return the faulty one I do not want to be charged for damages, but if I choose to keep them I also do not want to pay over $30 for that. I was wondering if I could get a replacement and send the faulty ones back as the sale has ended now, so I would not get the same price if I did a new order. I was spoken to by Lucy, and basically said I can send them back and they will let the returns department know I may be sending a faulty item back, but as for a replacement/making a new order, they do not offer a price match for sale items. That is absolutely ridiculous, like how can you send me a faulty item then not offer a substantial solution? Haven't heard back from Lucy after that, seems they are picking and choosing who they help. Obviously a company that just cares about taking money, but not about the customers or actually selling good quality products. I'm just sending everything back because they are not worth my money.Please read the reviews under the black empower leggings for yourself on their own products page and all the reviews here on trustpilot, you will see for yourself how they are such bad quality and the customer service is equally as bad!

Had one the best customer services with Elle the past couple of days!I had a problem with one of the leggings i ordered, so she wanted to send me a new one. But because it was already out of stock she offered me to pick another items with the same value of the legging!Great service if i'd say so??

I had en great experience with Elle. She helped me when my order wasn't send. I got to choose different colours and when these were out of stock i could choose something else. The mails were also replied fast.So overall I had a great experience with Elle and I thought the emails were really friendly and correct.
