"Despicable customer service"

I have contacted the customer service team twice now for two pairs of leggings which have ripped at the back in less than 4 months. Both times I've had the same copy and paste response saying they won't do anything, despite citing the consumer rights act and my statutory right for a replacement or repair. Both times they've ignored my replies to their message and closed the conversation. Absolutely appalling customer service. Do not use AYBL

I have worked in customer service and know how difficult it can be but Jennifer was such a great help. I received two faulty items and she was more than willing to help resolve the issue. I was given different options and everything was processed really quickly. Excellent service.

I love love love the sportclothes from AYBL! I got a legging with a defect and Lucy from customer service asked for some picture and sent me a new one. It was handeled very professional and quick. Thank you!

"If you're questioning your purchase.. do it!"

Aybl has been one of my all time favorite brands gym clothes, and even lazy day clothes. Their workout gear has lasted me YEARS and is still in the same condition (color, elasticity, quality). Their sweatpants, sweatshirts etc. are super soft, relatively thick but not too thick, and even stretchy. I've never found a sweatshirt that actually has give to it.. everyone I talk to within the gym and even out and about has heard my speech on the quality of this brand. If you're questioning spending the money I highly. Highly. Recommend that you will not be disappointed!! And no I'm not an influencer or ambassador (yet ;) ) so this review is simply my opinion!!

Great customer serviceI recently purchased some leggings from AYBL as part of their birthday event. Unfortunately the leggings ripped, I contacted customer services and was dealt with by Elle. She was amazing, as soon as the leggings came back into stock she reordered me a new pair with next day delivery and replied to all my emails very quickly.She was great help, thank you again Elle!

Recently had an issue with a pair of leggings I bought for my daughter's birthday. At first there was nothing they could do but Elle from customer services was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The issue was resolved due to her help, thank you, fantastic customer service.

I've washed the short V2 one time inside out on 30degrees, like they prescribe, and there's a black stripe on the pants like the fabric is frayed. I sent them an email, but they didnt respond. Very bad service, would definitely not recommend!!!
