My package got lost in the mail. The AYBL customer service was quick to respond to my questions and tried to help me in the best way possible. After days of back and forth messaging, they were so kind to resend one item and refund me for the remaining products I ordered. Sadly not everything was in stock, but I understand because so far I've really liked every item from them. Thank you Jennifer for your kindness and patience throughout the process.

"Problems with order but fixed without much hassle"
My address somehow got lost from the order and it didn't arrive at all but after a month was sent back to the sender. Megan was more than responsive and made sure I get ma package and resent it, with some new items as a couple of the ones I ordered weren't available anymore.Even though I would have loved not to have any issues, things like this happen and I'm really happy I was able to keep my order and have it resent the proper way, thanks to Megan!Have a great day!

"AVOID empower leggings!"
Do NOT buy these leggings particularly the empower back seam ones! They SPLIT has happened to both myself and mu daughter definitely an issue with them but unwilling to offer any replacement! Poor! If your leggings split after 30 days don't expect any help I noticed other reviews of satisfactory exchanges BUT only because it was within 30 days! Only worn a handful of times so dont risk your backside on display at the gym!!!
