Do not buy from here! Bought a pair of leggings a few months ago and have only worn them a handful of times. The seam has completely ripped on the bum!! I wasn't even squatting in them, literally just putting them on!!! I contacted AYBL to be told they only offer a 30 day return period, even for faulty items! Says it all really as clearly their products are only built to last 30 days! That's $30+ leggings that only last a few wears! Avoid!

Loved this brand for years and recently started going to the gym so treated myself in the black Friday November sale to a pair of Empower leggings, only worn these 2 times and the 3rd time i wore them to the gym they ripped on the scrunch bum. I messaged on instagram with no response and I have searched everywhere for an email address to contact AYBL but it looks like they have no customer service. I tried using the chat option on their website and was told because its over 30 days since I bought them it doesn't matter about how many times I wore them and they will not offer an exchange and then ignored the rest of my messages after this. After reading their other reviews and comments on Instagram its clearly a common issue which can only be down to poor quality or a manufacturing issue. Aybl have been so unhelpful and rude which is such a shame as despite the leggings ripping I would have continued to repurchase their sports bras. It's a shame as they will not achieve longevity as a brand treating their customers like this when there are many many competitors who have excellent customer services such as Gymshark, Dfyne, Adanola who I have never had an issue with.

Yet because there's only a 30 day guarantee, my $40 was wasted because I was simply told they won't do anything about it. Replied to the email complaining only to get ignored - awful customer service.

Please be aware of the positive reviews about this company. Have a closer look and see how many other reviews these people have left, they are totally manufactured.How can a company have positive reviews when they don't have a contact phone number, they do not have an e-mail contact and their Facebook messages are not monitored?Also, it should be mentioned that their support page is a security risk and cannot be accessed from a PC with an anti-virus.Everything points you through their chat bot which I could only access via a mobile phone but I have been trying this for 10 days now and they just do not reply. If you are lucky enough to get something back, it is just some copy and paste rubbish that doesn't lead anywhere.Just an absolutely awful company to deal with.Looks like I am going to have to go through the hassle of a chargeback from my card provider.I am going to take the time to report them to trading standards this weekend when the online form is available.
