"Missing item, hole in a legging"

I was missing an item in my order and there was a hole in my leggings. because it concerned the pants that I had accidentally ordered twice, I told them that I did not have to receive them but that I would just like to get my money back. they didn't quite understand me and asked me to send everything back. I rejected this and then agreed to send him the missing pants anyway. they meant it kindly and gave me a different color as a consolation. I don't think I will order anything from here again.

I found AYBL via Instagram , they had a count down to a birthday sale happening on Monday the 25th I signed up to get early access to the event I managed to get everything I wanted at a discounted price and I also used an influencer code to get an extra 10% off on top of that ! Checkout process was super easy ! Very impressed how fast delivery was, I ordered at 6pm the 25th and I received my package on the 27th. The quality of my new gym gear is amazing , true to size and so comfortable .i also ordered everyday joggers and sweatshirt which are also very comfortable the material is so soft ? I highly recommend AYBL! Im so glad that I have come across this company, I look forward to ordering again soon

"Better Service"

I placed an order during the Aybl birthday sale and only 2/3 items were sent to me. Thankfully the customer service rep, Elle, did a great job resolving the issue and helped resend the missing item. While I appreciated all of it, I gave 4/5 stars since Aybl needs to do better with packing and delivery. This unfortunately hasn't been the first time with delivery issues but at least this time around, the issue got resolved.
