I had an item missing from my order and was worried it would take a while to get this issue resolved. I sent a message to the help chat and heard back from a representative within hours. Elle was very kind and when she told me they were sold out of the item, I was able to get a refund quickly. Obviously, I was disappointed not to receive my item but Elle made this issue a positive experience with customer service. Thank you!!

I love AYBL's gymwear, though I had a slight defect with a pair of leggings which ripped only a few wears in. Luckily I was able to speak with Jennifer from customer service, who was super lovely and really quickly offered me a replacement at no extra cost! I also wasn't able to access my order number or email, but Jennifer was still able to help me, and was so kind the entire way through. I've never had such an easy, quick experience with any customer service before, and I'm looking forward to receiving my new leggings - thank you Jennifer!

"I had to return all of the items."
I had to return all of the items received in my order because the sizing was off for me. Everything fit way too big. As a US customer, I figured it would take a bit to receive a refund for my order but I didn't think it would take over a month. After reaching out to different customer service representatives and receiving no help, I finally came across one representative that went above and beyond for me.
