Amazing customer service !I had a delivery issue which came from the courrier, and the Aybl customer service team has been very helpful and accommodating - thank you especially to Elle and Sarah.

"My package said it was shipped"

My package said it was shipped, and then no updated tracking info. I contacted DHL, and they stated they never received the parcel. After days of trying to contact AYBL, I was in contact with Megan who was so helpful. She got my package resent! THANK YOU MEGAN. Unfortunately this is the second time this has happens with this company, so I will no longer be using it for activewear.

Unfortunately, while trying on my new legging, I discovered that there was a hole in the stitching. I came into contact with Lucy through customer service. She kindly helped me and sent me new legging free of charge. I didn't have to return the broken item, so no extra effort for me. I really appreciate the fast and great service!

I spoke with Sarah on the customer service team who dealt with my issue (faulty item) very quickly and offered me a solution that I was happy to accept ! Great customer service

Megan has been soooo helpful. Evri made a mistake with my order and it was quite difficult to unpick the situation, but Megan stuck with me and was so supportive. I'm now looking forward to receiving my delivery and feel really positive about the whole process. Aside from the quality of the products (which is top!), the customer service has been brilliant: I'll definitely be buying from Aybl again!
