"Customer service"

There was a mistake by collections when sending the email in relation to the refund amount. Using the messaging bot isn't the greatest function of the company. However Zubair was super helpful and sent a correction email swiftly. The refund was only because the units did not fit the area. The product itself is actually good value for money

"Damaged item on delivery replaced with ease and quickly"

Ordered a vanity unit and basin. Unfortunately the basin was badly damaged on delivery. Victoria Plum advises you check for damage within 7 days of delivery so we made sure we did this! Contacted them via their Web Chat. The bot wasn't overly helpful but transferred me to a human quite quickly. Spoke with Tayyaba who was very polite and helpful. After confirming and sending a picture of the damage, Tayyaba arranged for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible. So lovely to deal with a hassle free company! Victoria Plum was recommended to us by friends and we will certainly not hesitate to recommend Victoria Plum to other people.

Item arrived damaged so we arranged a return.Driver didn't turn up first day, second day driver didn't turn up.over 10hrs of waiting to return the faulty item. About 2hrs spent on the phone trying to rearrange yet another collection. Really poor customer service and care. Very disappointing and very frustrating.

"Yousuf is helpful and polite. And REAL!"

After struggling at the weekend with the AI Bot followed by two human Chat operators who both had too little authority to really investigate a delivery problem (which has really knocked my confidence in Victoria Plum) it has been a positive relief to have a real human speaking on the phone and sorting out the delivery problem in a sensible way on Monday morning. The human is Yousuf Yaseen.It is worth pointing out that the weekend Chat support, with its limited authority and no supervisor support, was unable to locate a lost delivery and could only cancel/re-book with a delivery more than a month away, or refund me.What Yousuf did was locate our lost delivery and arrange to get it delivered correctly, so it will now arrive later this week. This is such a hugely more realistic solution than was offered at the weekend.From this experience, I would suggest that the automated support at weekends is losing your company many customers and much goodwill, even if using this system appears to be justified through apparenty costing you less money in weekend wages. You really can't replace that human contact for situations when things go wrong and you need to retain the confidence of your customers.

Two items were damaged on arrival, both the shower tray and enclosure so delivery team are not the best, but no problem with replacement. Zubair in customer services was excellent

"Overall very impressed"

Overall very impressed our sink was missing from delivery but quickly resent then we had a problem with vanity unit after installation Atta sorted it very efficiently on live chat which I normally hate but is very easy to use and very efficient we have very impressed so far even with a few minor hiccups would definitely recommend
