An update on my last review:First delivery - damaged bath panelSecond delivery - never turned up, I was never contacted, waited in all day and took me contacting them at the end of the day to find out that my delivery would not arrive.Third delivery - damaged fourth delivery - never showed up. repeated chasing. eventually i was told it was not packed onto the van and wouldn't be coming. I have no idea if this is true.Added bonus: customer service phone number - I was number one in the queue for fifteen minutes, then sent to a voicemail box that was full and my call was cut off.Unfortunately this is the only panel that fits the bath they have already sold me, otherwise I would take a refund and run screaming from this company never to return.

Be carful we spent $1000.00 with them and a shower part broke within days, contacted them and customer service non existent. Seems once they have your money they don't care, we have managed to purchase the part as after 2 weeks we got ignored.
