When one of the items we ordered turned up and was damaged I spoke to Israr on the live chat. He was great and sorted a replacement to be delivered straight away. Shame it was damaged in the first place but great service getting it sorted.

Customer care none existent after 72 hours of delivery.Buyer beware, ensure that you unpack all boxes immediately on delivery. Don't trust that the boxes have all the items that you have ordered as fittings and fixtures could be missing inside.Check all items to the assembly instructions or else you will be left very disappointed WHEN you are unable to assemble item.If anything is missing within the boxes then there is no recourse after 72 hours. You either have to find a way to around the issue OR PURCHASE A REPLACEMENT ITEM doubling the cost.We found that the screw pack was missing from a cabinet flatpack $252 when we came to build it a week after delivery, no help from Victoria Plumb.We found the wall fixing, the stainless pipework and the lower shower and hose missing from our $305 shower, no help from Victoria Plum.We found the riser kit and pelmet for the shower tray missing $105, no help from Victoria Plumb.There appears to be no humans, only bots, to communicate with. Over 72 hours and you are immediately disconnected.I have had to buy another shower and find the fixings for the cabinet from B&Q !!Don't be fooled by their good prices.To check everything for my complete bathroom that cost me $2676, prior to my fitter starting a week after delivery would have been a nightmare BUT that is what you have to do to get any help from Victoria Plumb. I had a bedroom full of boxes !!Very poor company, I have lost a lot of money buying from them.Read reviews and make your own informed decisions. A deal is only good if the company provides a complete service, not just because they have good deals.
