AVOID VICTORIA PLUM. I paid for a bathroom vanity unit on a Tuesday and it was scheduled for a delivery date on the Friday, with no explanation it never arrived, upon phoning I was told I would have to wait until the following Friday, so nearly a two week wait.When I opened it there was damage so I phoned again and sent images of the damage.Upon hearing nothing from Victoria plum I phoned again to get an update of a refund to be told I have to wait TEN days for the damaged unit to be collected then I will have to wait a FURTHER 14 days to receive MY money back .What a terrible company.All this time MY money sits in their account earning interest. I have since ordered another vanity unit from a professional rival company. Is it any wonder Victoria plum went into administration?I will never use this company again.
