Ordered a quadrant shower enclosure, upon checking 2 of the panels were damaged. Used the chat and Zubair was able to arrange for a new enclosure to be delivered. Great service, great enclosure, will review again when new one received and installed

i phoned up to ask a question, the chap was fairly disinterested, got very confused, went to ask a question and then hung up on me. i'm pretty sure its a rare event hence three stars and not one.

Ordered an entire bathroom from this company. All looked fine but once fitted the toilet started leaking and flooding the bathroom so I called a plumber out who had to remove the toilet and found that the manufacturing seal was default and this was causing the leak. I then spent over an hour waiting for customer service to answer before spending another hour on the phone trying to explain the issue, explaining that the toilet is faulty and needs replacing. All the while I can't use the toilet because it floods the bathroom whenever I flush. After a day waiting, I received email confirmation that the replacement toilet will be delivered on April 12th (they didn't give a time). I took a day off work to wait at home for the toilet which never arrived. I then sent a chaser email, and received confirmation that the replacement toilet will now be delivered on April 17th, with no explanation as to why the toilet wasn't delivered when they said it would be. Who knows if the toilet will be delivered. I'm currently without a toilet in my flat, and when (if) it does arrive I will have to pay for a plumber to come out again to fit the new toilet. And all because this company sold me a faulty item. Really disappointing experience.
