"Refused refund after half n item sent."

I was sent a vanity unit without the basin.Because it was outside the "72 hour window" I have been refused a refund for the item and told I need to purchase the basin, despite having paid for it already.They've said I can't return the item because "it isn't a full item" despite them not sending the whole item to me!This is illegal as I have the right to return an item not fit for purpose within 30 days. I will be filing a report with trading standards and making a claim via small claims court.I would strongly avoid using this company. Their business practices are incredibly sketchy. I have contacted Trading Standards and they have advised that by not allowing me to return the item they are breaking the law.Update: After initially refusing to send the missing item and having the make the threat of a trading standards inquiry and small claims court case, they rang back 2 hours later to agree to send it. This is what the below reply refers to.I believe were I more vulnerable and unaware of my consumer rights the company would have not offered the replacement and expected me to pay the additional $130. I am concerned about their business practices.
