All in all would NOT recommend.1. Items are not in stock even if stated they are on the website. (they don't tell you either, I inadvertently found out, whilst placing second order)2. They do not process refunds offered as recompense. 3. They do not reliably deliver on the dates promised 4. When all these problems arise, you can only liaise with chatbot/livechat - who eventually hangs up mid conversation.More details:1. They didn't inform of out of stock itemOrdered item that was 'in stock' - when I called to change to a later delivery date and place second order, the chat bot/person only then happened to mention my original ordered item was out of stock until next month. She offered a refund of delivery fee, I agreed. I later find out she didn't process it.2. Items not deliveredI had 2 separate orders to be delivered today. I was advised 'technical issue' as reason for one order not being delivered. A redelivery was booked automatically on an alternate date and time without confirming anyone was available to take the delivery. On discussing this I was offered a refund of the delivery fee - which was already offered from the previous problem (and not actually processed). When I pointed this out I was advised they could not do anything more for me.3. Chatbot communication It timed out and I had to restart the query again.When I queried the lack of recompense as above, Israr (the bot/human) I was talking to terminated the chat. This all took just over an hour to try to sort on the live chat.I have copies of transcripts emailed to me.

Our toilet has been fitted and there is an issue with the cistern. I contacted Victoria plum 4 days ago, I've done everything they've requested including sending a video and still do not have a response. There is an issue and this is actually causing a leak which I need to resolve this weekend but still not a response. My complaint is with the 'technical team'. This does is not a technical issue, I have a faulty product that needs replacing. Victoria plum are brilliant when purchasing and shipping etc but the after service is appealing
