"I ordered a toilet seat on line"
I ordered a toilet seat on line, when I tried to instal it was for a bottom fix, my loo is a back to wall so I needed a top fix. I have contacted Victoria Plum three times, twice I goyt cut off, the third time 22/4/2024 the agent took an age to understand the issue, eventually telling me he would pass the issue to the tech team, to call me. So no call back, I still have no idea how I can send the toilet seat back, beware VP

Damaged shower cubical replaced without to much fuss, but uploading pics was a bit of a problem, would have been easier just using email, but satisfied with the service.

If I could record a minus figure I would ..today I waited for the 3rd time for a delivery ..each time it gives me a time by text ..each time I wait in and then an email saying cancelled ..waited for 20mins today to customer service to be put on hold then cut off!! I have emailed for a refund .what the hell is this company playing at ?? 3 times is ridiculous.I just want a refund now to go elsewhere
