We had a terrible experience with Victoria Plum and would not recommend them to anyone. We booked them to install our bathroom (and ordered the products from them). The installation was a shambles. First it took 3 months to book in the installation - I had to chase constantly to make any progress. When the installation did start, it started late and then took 10 weeks (when it should have taken 2.5 weeks). It transpired the original installers were not accredited. They worked for 3 weeks and were nowhere near finished. I caught them vaping outside my toddler's bedroom (I was also pregnant at the time). Had we turned the taps on they would have blown off (dangerous) and the bath waste was going upwards. The tiling and grouting was awful and when the head of the area arrived, he was so appalled that he sacked the team and ordered a total rip out. He put a new team in place and they started again - ordering everything new again. The new team worked for another 3 weeks but members didn't turn up, there was a cash flow issue and eventually this team were also removed by the Head of Area and some of the bathroom was ripped out again because it was a mess. A third team were brought in by the head of area to finish the job. It took 10 weeks and even now the towel rail is wonky and the grouting isn't good. The CEO office promised us money back ($3,200) in compensation which never arrived despite huge chasing as the company went into administration. We filled out the required forms and sent them off but 6 months later we have had no reply - and chased. This is a terrible company with unaccredited contractors on their books who install dangerous plumbing. Do not use.

An email enquiry on the relevant page of the website got no answer.A further email to Victoria Plum was responded to with a less than adequate response. When I sent a follow up email to try and clarify the matter I got a reply saying 'this mailbox is unmanned'I eventually got through to someone on the phone who was helpful and promised that I would get an answer to my question (about dimensions) I have had no response.
