"Humans are better than bots - every time!!"

We missed our delivery date. Needing to reschedule - I went on to the chatbot who was a bit thick and didn't seem to understand "reschedule delivery"! But when the bot finally passed me onto Zubair - the very pleasant and efficient human person - the problem was resolved very quickly. More Zubairs please and less bots!
