"Design service is first class"

We have been thinking of redoing the bathroom forever but it always seemed a bit overwhelming with so many other things going on. Victoria Plum's design service made it incredibly easy and our sales and design consultant Natalie was so patient and helpful at every step. We couldn't believe that the design service was free, to be honest! Will recommend to friends and family.

"38 week pregnant and in limbo.."

Ordered a heater from the company and was supposedly being delivered yesterday. No sign of it all day. No communication via email, message or call as to why. Spent hours trying to contact the phone line, speak with the bot no further forward. Now left at home 38 weeks pregnant, no heating or water waiting to see where this order is. Can't tell me if it will be delivered today tomorrow next week. heck at this rate next year! I will never order again as customer care is poor, can't contact anyone for help, they don't care to help people about to go into labour with no heater etc. Order with caution and don't expect to receive order and expect to chase it up. Update: only offered an apology and refund for not delivering an item ordered 7 days ago. Wasted 7 days, a plumbers time, two days of waiting for a delivery and still no heater or effort to source this. Order status still says scheduled to be delivered yesterday. Oh and to restore my trust and integrity of the company. you can still order the same heater same size from the website. So yeah avoid. Poor from the beginning to the end. Update: sorry I don't seem to be able to reply as chain. So the company have offered an urgent refund. A refund doesn't give me time to order another heater. It also doesn't help my situation one bit. The thing that makes me more annoyed is that I called Reina directly and they have let you know that the heater was not available back on the 4th of April. Why is this being communicated to us on the 11th of April? This should have been communicated to us earlier. And to make things worse you are blaming them for not telling you this. Clearly someone is making up some lies here to cover up their mistake. Our tracker still says to be delivered on the 10th so that is excellent that your company can rewind time. P.s if someone could rely to my two email complaints, 5 phone complaints we could I would prefer to move these further discussions off the public platform and into a private environment. Thanks.
