I only have good things to say about this company. When Parcel Farce broke their item in transit for the second time, Victoria Plumb sorted a replacement in 5 minutes via chat. Israr was very helpful and responsive. Great customer service.

I had some minor issues with my order. These things happen, fair enough, and Danish and Tayyaba were very helpful in resolving these on the live chat.My only gripe with this company is that they only give a 13 hour delivery window of 7am-8pm, which is especially inconvenient for me as I am not living at the delivery address.

"Faulty items"
Firstly we had a problem with a scratch on the shower bar, after emailing them on the Wednesday a new one was ordered and being delivered the next day as our bathroom was due to be finished on the Friday. Unfortunately the courier service was diabolical and we did not receive it until the Saturday. The Thursday of the same week it was discovered that there was a crack under the rim of the toilet so was leaking and again had to email with a photo reporting the fault, the earliest they could send out a new one was the following Wednesday so 5 day's after the bathroom should of been finished and another 5 day's without a toilet.On the Wednesday we had a delivery of the wall unit and not the toilet!!! so I contacted them straight away and was asked to send a photo of what toilet it was we required and it would be sorted ASAP. I heard nothing back so went onto live chat and was told it was too late to sort out a replacement until the Wednesday after Easter weekend which I explained that was not good enough, it was their mistake by sending out the wrong replacement and we were still without a toilet so having to rely on a BUCKET!!! I asked to speak to manager but was told Manager's do not go on live chat, I was told my delivery date again and as we are getting no where he was ending the call so hung up. I think it's disgusting that such a large company does not offer a customer service where you can actually talk to someone. I used this company in my last house and did not hesitate to use them again, unfortunately I will taking my business elsewhere in the future

I contacted Victoria Plum support with a shower problem. An old shower, not supplied by Victoria Plum. Abdul was most helpful, supplying a comprehensive list of possible causes for our problem and regretting that Victoria Plum could not supply spare parts, but directing me to Mira.Nice to find someone willing to help even though with nothing to gain.

"Good service but let down by damaged item"
Ordered a toilet and the cistern had a big crack in it when we opened it. Marvi on chat was very helpful and the replacement is on its way, but is going to take over 3 working days to arrive so will delay our bathroom refurb.
