"I bought a intergshower mixer."

I bought a intergshower mixer valve for $179 We changed our mind and I asked my wife to return it, as I was committed with something else.I didn't think my wife dosent know how to return it. She got the address from the delivery note and posted it to Victoria Plum via Royal Mail Special delivery Obviously it wasn't the correct method for returns.A couple of weeks later, when I saw the refund hasn't been made, I phoned Victoria Plum and the lady told me there is nothing she can do about it as the returns procedure hasn't been followed.I have lost $179 and that's not a small amount to loose.Victoria Plum is not interested to help me.I would have ordered many more things from them, for the work we are doing in the house but they have put me off by being so unhelpful.

"Unreliable, Rude and Lacking Customer Care"

The most unreliable company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They use a 3rd party delivery company who are shocking. We are currently on the 3rd attempt for delivery as both times the courier has come up with excuses as to why they couldn't deliver. The 1st time their van broke down (but when I called up they told me it was because the road said closed and they didn't know they could drive through even though on the sign it says access for residents and I added this to my delivery notes), the 2nd delivery they turned up but because there was no signal they couldn't call me to let me know they had arrived (i mean they could have got out the van and walked to my front door rather than assuming I was camping out on my drive waiting for them in the 4 hour delivery slot.). Today we are on 3rd attempt and I have just received an email to say it will be delivered next week so lord only knows if it will arrive today or next week. The call handlers and chat assistants are rude and not willing to help or assist. All in all there are much nicer companies you can order bathroom furniture from and I will be avoiding once I have received my order! Not worth the hassle and stress!

Bought a toilet seat, it was faulty, spoke to Taimoor on live chat and after sending my order number and an image I was offered a replacement straight away, I asked for a refund instead and it was sorted without hesitation.
