An item arrived with a crack that wasn't evident until it was time to install it, which was 7 days and a few hours after delivery, so they wouldn't refund it and we had to buy another one from the same people. It's a bit annoying that you can just change your mind 14 days after delivery and refund it, but if they send you something broken you only have 7 days to spot it. Most bathrooms take a lot more than 7 days to install so you either have to order "just in time" and risk delays in delivery delaying the project half way through or remove all the protective packaging to inspect it and have it hanging around naked while the build goes on or, like us, order in advance, do a bit of a check for major problems when it arrives and then just be ready to fork out more money later on if something is subtly broken.
