Review for purchase experience. Best 'basket' I've encountered in a long time. Went for all day Saturday delivery 7am to 6pm. Hoping for great things! I've ordered a tall double sided mirror bathroom cabinet with fixed shelves that hangs from a bracket. It is quite difficult to find a tall cabinet with a mirror inside and out without paying top dollar. It is replacing an older white MDF cabinet between a corner and small window. It's an awkward space due to the proximity of the towel radiator so this product is ideal for the space available and extra storage. Edit. Now fitted. Looks great. Someone else suggested popping in a screw lower down for stability which was done. Used a stainless steel pan head screw and washer to spread the load. Popped the screw in the top right under the lowest shelf where it's out of sight. The aluminium drilled easily. Compliments the main bathroom cabinet (aluminium alloy) nicely.

We are a trade customer. Since the change of ownership the bying experience has changed for the worse. Our account manager has changed 3 times and the new employes do not have the knowledge of the system or range. It is impossible to get through directly on the phone, it takes a VERY long time to get a reply only to be told we will get a call back that does not happen. Emails do not get a reply and on line chats again say we will get a call back that 8 days later has not happened.Last week the ammount I was quoted on line for my order was not taken correctly from my credit card. I was overcharged and no one will engage with me, in any way, to resolve this problem.

"Order not delivered and no communication"

Ordered 2 items and was given a delivery date which I had to change. Received a confirmation email from Victoria Plum and the courier informing me of the new delivery date and time.Delivery did not arrive and no communication as to why. Tried to get in touch with Victoria Plum the next day which was not easy. Had to use electronic chat then eventually transferred to an agent vis chat.I was given a new delivery date 5 days after the due date which was not acceptable. I had to ask why the items had not been delivered and was told only one item had been loaded. i asked why this wasn't communicated and was given an apology only. I subsequently cancelled my order and was told I would have to wait up to 14 days for a refund.I have used Victoria Plum in the past but would be reluctant to use them again.

"Alternative incompatible item sent!"

Ordered a shower controller as mine has broken. Two days later an alternative controller was sent as they were 'out of stock' of the controller I ordered and needed. Reason for sending alternative was that it was the nearest replacement, that is it was by the same manufacturer and in no way compatible with my shower!Totally fobbed off and said I'd have to wait 14 days for a refund, all the time I'm without a shower or funds now for two weeks to enable me to buy elsewhere!!!
