Bought a kitchen tap but unfortunately one of the valves 15leaked. I contacted Victoria plum via the computer messaging bot. Always spoke to a human. and they were always very efficient and helpful, especially Taimoor. The tap was changed without question. Great service.

I ordered a double radiator by mistake and although the website was very bad to use for return I eventually had a message chat with Mayyaba and she was very helpful and organised my return and refund very efficiently.

"Customer service nightmare.Damaged item."
Unfortunately I left it to my husband to check a granite style sink and tap back in January. He basically opened the box could see it was a black sink .That was his idea of checking.The plumber couldn't come until Monday 18th March.He took our old sink out and we opened the box to find that a corner was smashed off and a huge crack in the Basin.So had to refit the old one.I did not expect a refund as obviously the 7 day period had passed. More cross with my husband for not checking it properly. However ourselves and the plumber were totally shocked at the packaging. It was just in a box with a plastic bag over it.No padding at all.Hardly surprising that it was smashed so fragile an item.I wanted to send photos ,mainly just to show packaging.,because I have a bathroom suite on order for May.I am now terrified that these will be damaged too.I spent 45 minutes on hold.The man did not understand what I was saying at all.I then had to speak to a robot before going onto a live chat which was closed the first time .The second customer service person said it was because there was a que waiting.Seriously ! Cut someone off when it is clear you are still writing.After a total of 2 and a half hours ,I rang the order line .Answered immediately. I wanted to arrange for an earlier delivery of my bathroom suite ,incase it was damaged.Having waited for 6 months for a slot for the plumber and tiler.Only to be told that I would have to reorder because some items are out of stock.I am so stressed.I had left a 5 star review for my experience when ordering my sink and how nice the delivery drivers had been when they delivered it into the house.When something goes wrong you want to be able to speak to someone directly. A total nightmare. If all goes well with the bathroom suite I will leave a 5 star review. Fingers crossed. #Nervous customer .

"The worst"
The worst. I'll never buy anything from them again. I bought a toilet seat for about $50, so not tye cheapest. Flimsy fittings and screws, just about fits on our Burlington loo. When I enquired about a return (as the quality is SO poor) I was told it was $9.99 to return. No companies charge for returns! Super disappointing and never again.
