Ordered a new bathroom suite online and then got the delivery date through that I needed to change, was connected to Tayyaba on the online chat who reorganised the delivery date for me with no hassle. I would advise anyone to use the chat facility rather than the phone as I was on hold for over 20 mins before I gave up the will, using chat with Tayyaba took 5 or so minutes and all sorted. So far so good with Victoria Plum, hoping the products I've ordered are as good as the service I've received so far.

"Utterly incompetent"

Utterly incompetent. Their delivery service promises texts and updates which aren't sent, I wasn't contacted to say delivery was attempted and how to rearrange delivery. Then find out that an item is out of stock that was in stock on the website when we bought it so we've had to source that elsewhere. When the delivery arrived it was missing another item again with no notification of its whereabouts. Contacted them about this again and it's out of stock for 2 weeks.
