Awful company, in buy a enclosed shower from them months in advance and they then tell me it's out of stock two days before delivery. I but a new one on the chat system where the guy is completely useless and I have to help him figure out the product numbers.They then don't come with all the items on the day and then tell me it can be sent later today or tomorrow. No one contacts me so I call themUp and then get told it will be sent 3 days after installation is meant to begin, and they can't make any special arrangements for their mistakes, which they have made over and over again. I ask is there any compensation or anything can do and the answer is no. I am never using this company again and I will tell everyone not to use it. Awful customer service!

Marvi sorted the problem at long last, and arranged for a new part for the toilet to be sent to me. I had been trying for a fortnight and sent numerous messages by email, which were not responded to. But overall apart from the contacting problems. I am very impressed with Victoria Plum and the excellent products for my bathroom, which looks great.

This is the first time I've ordered from this company. There is plenty of information about the product you want so you're able to compare various types. There's also customer questions which you can look at. One in particular was very relevant for the product I wanted and I was therefore confident to place the order after reading the response from Victoria Plum.

"No delivery, no explanation"

Husband ordered shower screen to be delivered to his work address. Paid for a specific date. Received call the day before checking address etc. Waited at work until 8pm, nothing arrived despite 'live tracking' telling him it was out for delivery. He had to wait 45 mins on phone the next day as had no explanation, was told there was a problem before it even went out so wasn't ever going to turn up. Would not recommend. Edit: Hi Beverly, thanks for responding, I assume we will not be charged for this second delivery attempt?
