WORST service EVER. Stay away from thie company. 1. I ordered a vanity unit and basin. It took 3 extra weeks to arrive and then still came late. 2. Be aware of their 72 hours policy. If you notice anything missing after this they will not replace it or be flexibile on it. Unless you are a plumber or in the trade you may not know all of the parts.3. My package was missing the basin and they would not send it as I was just out of the 72 hours. They would not send me a new basin even at cost. 4. I had to wait on hold for over an hour then got cut off and had to do it again.

Purchased a trade bathroom suite with additional toilet, taps wastes etc. Cost was the biggest contributor to the purchase, normally I'd buy from the local plumbers merchants however been told good things about Victoria Plum so I thought I'd give it a go. Delivery a little slower than what I'd normally get but was in no rush. Product of reasonable quality especially for the cost, fitted suite and encountered a problem with the flow from the bath taps hot on the bath very poor. Thought a blockage had happened, flow tested the feed and that was fine so the fault was in the taps. As this was a rental property and due to the time factor I substituted with an alternative make as these were sold as a bath/sink set I changed both tap sets. Thought an easy phone call to Victoria Plum would resolve this. How wrong was I !! An hour on the phone and waiting in a queue to only get to no2 and waiting so I thought Id message which I did got a hold off a human who tried to help, the other person would not or could not refund or replace without a video of the fault. So to top it off they wanted me to remove the fitted bath panel remove the new taps refit the faulty taps take a video of the fault send it to them and then they would consider the fault for a refund/replacement. As I pointed out if they collected it they could replicate the fault at there end at the manufacturers, I explained that this was now completed and was not prepared to do this and if I was to who was going to pay for my time?So to cap it off if you purchase from Victoria Plum be careful what you buy. I'm out of pocket a tap set. I think I'd sooner pay a little more from my local merchants so I can walk in and talk to a human if there's a problem.
