"Excellent customer service.."
We purchased a close coupled toilet in January 2024. It was installed a couple of weeks later. We have already left a 5* review for the purchase experience.Unfortunately, after 6 weeks, the toilet seat cracked. The VP website steers you towards Live Chat and, initially, I was speaking with a "bot". However "bot" was quickly out of its depth and handed me over to "Danish" who, at first, I assumed was a more advanced bot. Thankfully not so. Danish requested further info, a pic of the cracked seat (which is easy to upload on the "chat" function, etc. She then authorised a replacement and told me it would be despatched on a 24hr service. It was, and it arrived on-time. So, disappointed that the seat cracked (I believe other customers have had this problem) but impressed by the way that VP, and Danish, resolved the problem. A textbook example of how customer services sould be.

Don't buy from this website.They are refusing to replace a faulty WC because it was bought before they went into administration last year and they now have a "new owner". I don't know why they have still got all the blurb on the website about the history of the company when it's all a lot of nonsense.

Toilet seat had only been used for a couple of months, but snapped in half. Spoke with Taimoor who arranged to have a new one sent out.
