"Excellent service from Muhammad Ahsan"
Excellent service provided by Muhammad Ahsan, Customer Advisor, at telephone today to resolve issue with damaged items received. It was obviously very disappointing to have damaged items delivered in the first place, but Muhammad went "above and beyond" to understand the issues, gather the required evidence and arrange delivery of replacement goods. This was all accomplished on a single call. I will judge VictoriaPlum in due course, based on the quality of the goods, hopefully in good order, in due course. In the meantime I would like to ensure Muhammed receives the recognition deserved for outstanding customer service.

"Zero customer service - don't buy"
Our delivery driver arrived as expected but our order was not on the van. The driver spent 20 mins getting items out of the van and moving things around and eventually said it must have not been loaded. We contacted Victoria Plum, who said they would 'raise our concern'. Today my husband started a chat with them. The person stated that a new order would arrive on 30th April. Why? Where is our original order? I took the day off work to accept the order. I stood outside in the rain whilst the man searched for the order. I don't want a new one in a week's time I want the one I have already waited for. The one we paid for in good faith and they seem to have lost. My husband took a week off work next week to install the bathroom because we ordered in good time and were foolish enough to believe the company would actually deliver. We have no shower room. We have now been sent a email asking us to be patient! Why should we be patient when it is Victoria Plum who have made a mistake and refuse to rectify it quickly? No-one at Victoria Plum seems vaguely interested. It's the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
