I recently ordered a shower cubicle from Victoria Plum. When I went to install it I realised one of the door handles was missing and also one of the edges of the glass panel was bent and discoloured. I contacted the customer service team through their web chat and was connected to Hashim. I explained the issues and Hashim very quickly and efficiently was able to resolve the problem. He was very polite and went over and above to help me thus saving me a lot of trouble. Really appreciate the help. Hashim was an absolute star!
