"Further to my last post"
Further to my last post, VP got in touch via email and rearranged for delivery and pick up of goods for today, with all the apologies etc. time given was 0800-1200. So my day and my clients days were arranged around this. And guess what, it hasn't turned up AGAIN! My client is now at end of her tether and is wanting a full refund. I can't even begin to explain at how stressful it is to live in a home with an incomplete bathroom. Client is reduced to tears AGAIN. Absolutely shocking.

Atrocious company who refuse faulty items. Cost does not equate to quality and as a result. When things go wrong you will be on your own. I purchased a cabinet and shortly after purchase the mirrored doors rusted. When advised of the faulty product was advised that the company had been taken over and so they wouldn't even replace the doors leave alone the item itself

Waqas wanted me to provide a 5 star review in exchange for me receiving a collection and resolution. I have amended this comment now as I have spoke to alternative team members at Victoria plum and made a complaint. But he still didn't follow through on his word and the issue did not get resolved until today.
