Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had.Every single item I have ordered from this company has been damaged and then I've had multiple replacements that were all damaged also.This company are quite clearly selling seconds or customer returns.Many of the items have had their paint touched up, poorly!!Customer service is dreadful, when my first delivery was missing the entire sink, their attitude was "sometimes it just happens." There's no escalation point when things have gone wrong.They will only deliver to you on certain days (when they are already in your area) meaning I have to wait a full week before they will collect and provide a replacement. I then have to wait for them to collect another week later because its damaged.No refund received for my returned items so far, where I've given up getting anymore replacementsI will be raising a complaint woth trading standards as this company is clearly not selling new goods!
