I would urge you not to order from this company. Their Returns policy is not transparent and basically they do not want to give a refund in any circumstance. The dress I ordered for my daughter was of poor quality and didn't fit properly. I requested a refund but was offered a gift voucher which I don't want as I definitely don't want to re-order from them. Customer Services are very responsive but are unwilling to resolve my complaint. Carefully read their Returns Policy before ordering - they will not offer a refund

I wish I would have read the reviews and fine print of the return policy prior to ordering. Although it does state that items are returnable they will not refund you unless deemed "faulty." After sending pictures of my faulty items they claim that the items do not meet "manufacturing fault" criteria and would only allow me store credit. Why would I run the risk od having to return again when 2/3 items were faulty? Mind you, I did not receive a reply until 6 days and 3 follow up emails later. The email was directed to the wrong name (I don't know who Laura is?). Coming from a family business I am very disappointed in the customer service. If they were confident in the quality and customer satisfaction of their products they would have a better refund policy. Clearly they are more concerned with money than happy and loyal customers. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

"Formal Dress Mishaps"
I purchased a dress for my daughter's school formal. Unfortunately, it didn't fit well so we hoped to exchange it for a different style. We had a short turnaround time, so we emailed them and they said it can take up to 10 days to process an exchange / credit. Additionally, their Customer Service / Owner took a few days to reply to emails. This didn't allow sufficient time to exchange and get another dress, so we just accepted it, sent the dress back and decided on a different dress. My daughter tasked me with ordering the dress (one week prior to her school formal). I was on the site, placed the order, but during the process, it was very unclear how to select Express Shipping, when I realised, it was too late (as the option was on the last page, just above Confirm Payment). Suffice to say, I didn't see it! Concerned that their normal shipping was up to 10 days, I quickly decided to order a new one (the same dress and size, with the only exception being I paid for express shipping) and figured I could explain the issue to them and they would see that it was an accident and refund for the wrong dress. How wrong was I! Not only have I patiently (and then impatiently) explained about the comedy of errors, (not funny mind you), they refuse to provide a refund for the dress I ordered with the wrong shipping. And to add insult to injury the same email keeps coming back to me, how it's impossible for them to refund me. Their system does not allow it! It's an absolute disgrace. I will shortly be in the possession of $300 odd in a credit note, which is only valid for 6 months. I fully appreciate they have this standard policy, and it's their right, but surely they would exercise some judgement about what's decent and a reasonable act. I have another three daughters to go through formal, and they have a large friend group, and this store, will not be receiving any positive reviews from us. I would rather go to a more reputable store than this one. Further, re the quality. You get what you paid for I think. Honestly, my daughter's dress was about $150 and while it did the job for the one night, I'd rather pay another $100 or so and get something of superior quality. So I would stay well and truly clear.

The dress was amazing. It held up my breast perfectly and I rarely had to rearrange myself in the dress being that I am a DDD. IT HUGGED MY CURVES PERFECTLY.
