The clothing quality is always amazing. I have worn my babyboo clothes over and over again and barely any sign of wear and tear or damage. Always true to the photo and true to size. Ive never had a bad experience with babyboo and have been ordering from babyboo for a number of years. Xx

"Sub-par customer service- do not recommend!!"

Offering refunds instead of store credit would be a good start. Customer service is pretty average. I picked the wrong size when I purchased a few items, I contacted this company straight away, they had 2 days to communicate the change in size to their dispatch team. They failed to do so. So the item was dispatched anyway.Then I get an email saying "sorry it's been dispatched but if you don't want it you can send it back".And I'm sure I'll get a store credit for that too.It was a pretty simple issue to resolve but turns out it's pretty difficult for this company. Pretty sub-par customer service, and I'll be taking my money elsewhere from now on.

I now have made 5 purchases from Babyboo Fashion for my wife and each time makes her happier and happier. High end, high class, high quality at actually reasonable pricing. Their dresses make every date night sparkle and make her Instagram feed look legendary.

To be honest, I usually don't leave reviews even when I'm really dissatisfied. That tells you already how upset I am with this company. I ordered EXPRESS shipping (3-5 day delivery) on 12/18/2023. I was told my order would arrive on 12/26/2023 which was totally fine. I understand with the holidays which is why I paid extra money for express. Fast forward the 26th gets here & it's showing out for delivery. 27th comes and I still haven't received the package. I call DHL to ask why haven't I received this yet & they tell me they're short staffed and she assured me there will be a driver who can deliver on the 29th. I was fine with that. A little annoyed but I get it. The 29th gets here & I still haven't received the package. Now here we are JAN 10th 2024. I still haven't received my package. This was a <$100.00 order & I reached out to DHL & this company BabyBoo expecting them to help me or at least refund my shipping since it hasn't been received and honestly looks like it'll never be received. They basically shut me down and told me they couldn't help me nor refund anything. I will neverrrrr use this company again. I'm so upset I wasted my time and money on this. Be careful with this place, I guess it was probably a scam or something because it just doesn't make sense. As a business owner I would do anything to make my customers happy so I'm really disappointed in this place. If I could leave a -1 I would.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I wouldn't advise anyone in the UK to purchase from this shop. Still waiting for my delivery. Noone from customer service every replies . Just terrible. Still waiting for my order
