"Shipping was supposed to take 5-8 days"

Shipping was supposed to take 5-8 days, however it's been 10 days, and still nothing. I bought this dress for an even on Saturday and It hasn't even come so I have nothing!!

We ordered this dress for my daughter to come home and crown the Knicks homecoming queen for 2023. She was a 2022 homecoming queen. I'll pay for expedited shipping almost $30 extra and the item came regular standard shipping. That was the only problem I have with the ordering, and I never received my refund back for the expedited shipping and didn't hear from the company. The dress was a beautiful fit really nice and was what we were looking for. I would recommend.

By far the worst clothing company I have ever ordered off! Firstly the quality of both dresses I ordered was horrendous, nothing like what was on the social media photos or those on the website. I sent the dresses back over two months ago now after being told I would get a full refund.. I am STILL waiting for that refund. Communication is diabolical - I honestly do not understand where these 5* reviews are coming from. I never write negative reviews for any company but this deserves one.

The inconsistency in sizing ruined my day on my brothers wedding. I have a dress in a large that fits well.I ordered another dress in a large that was snug but it fit.I ordered a 3rd dress that I intended to wear to my brothers wedding, in a large that could not zip up. I sent it back, it took over a week to get the returns credit. I re ordered that same dress in an extra large, it took nearly 1 week to arrive and it finally turned up the afternoon before I flew to thailand. The XL was less than 1 cm bigger and barely made it up the zip.Because it took a week and a half to exchange, I had no choice but to wear it. It was so tight, I couldn't breath, I was so sweaty and I looked absolutely absurd wearing a dress that clearly does not fit me. I didn't even bring the dress home. I shoved in the hotel bin.

WORST E-COM EXPERIENCE EVER!!DO NOT SHOP HERE. ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY! REVIEW 1/50 until I get my money back. This is regarding order: #931642 I paid 110 EUR for duties + customs upon checkout at the Babyboo website. When the package gets into Italy I get notified that I have to pay customs + duties and the documentation shows that it has not been paid.Additionally, Babyboo had not provided their company details (legal company name, full address, tax + vat nr) really the BARE MINIMUM. I can't collect the package without these details and I wrote 10+ emails to customer support trying to get ahold of this information - NO REPLY OR ASSISTANCE. Every day I get charged 11 EUR + vat for storage fees. I ended up having to pay an additional 244 EUR for duties + taxes (that I already paid to Babyboo) as well 77 EUR for storage fees (due to Babyboo not providing their company information as well as not replying on any of my 10+ emails when I requested them to provide it for me. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM. NO MORALS OR INTEGRITY.
