I returned my first order as it did not fit. I was not given a refund to my card but a credit note. This was not made clear when I ordered the item. I ordered two more dresses to spend the credit note. These are now stuck in transit waiting for me to pay a huge import charge of $44. These aspects need to be made clearer BEFORE an order is placed.

My experience was great because I made an order on a dress & when I received it, it was beautiful but I just wasn't happy with how it looked on me! I sent it back and it was a little over a month and I decided to check in with the customer support teach to see if they had received my dress, they assured me that it was in the process but as they get many returns/exchanges that it may take a little bit, they were super quick to respond and very kind! Today I received my refund and was able to order a new dress & pair of jeans! So happy with how everything went!??

"I have been waiting for a refund for 3."

I have been waiting for a refund for 3 months, i am now told that it could take up to another 90days because of the return processing from overseas (absolut joke), by then it is still not certain that my refund will be processed in full (by the way i have had to argue to receive a refund and not store credit). These items were never even sent to my home, i have never even held the package in my hand, there is absolutely no reason why they cannot already process my refund, they simply choose to make it as lengthy and exhausting and perhaps hope that you will forget all about it. One thing for sure is that they have made sure that i never ever ever even consider buying anything from them and will make sure to voice how appalling this experience has been to anyone i know that even consider purchasing from them. This has been utterly disgusting. They hold $400 of my money, i will chase and voice my disgust until that money is back into my account. Do better!

Everytime I order from babyboo, my expectations are always exceeded. Never had any issues with them, as well as their quick delivery assisting with any last minute fits.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE FROM UKI ordered dresses from the UK, the delivery was $15, I thought it's a lot but it's from Australia so oh welll.. The order was late but that was not the worst part.I got charged $84 in customs charge, I had to pay before I was able to have my order. If I refused to pay the items will be sent back and I will not be issued a refund but I will be issued store credit. There is no escaping this large customs charge they do not tell you about, it is in the fine print so please read. Besides this the dresses were ok and good material but not worth the price. stick to oh Polly girls.
