I purchased an item as a gift for my daughter for Xmas -an XS. Did not think to check the item as I have made multiple purchases from this site and never had an issue with sizes or errors. Simply wrapped it and placed under tree. On opening on Xmas day, you could clearly see the item was closer to being an XL, if not bigger. I emailed explaining the situation and that I simply wanted to swap for the correct size.They replied saying I did not fall within their 30 day return policy and if I didn't want them, to gift them to someone else.I replied explaining that none of this was in my error and it was clearly a manufacturing error and I just wanted the correct size.I am yet to hear back from them.Not happy?

"My order is one month delated."

My order has not left the warehouse after one month!! They answered my first email, saying one of the products was not available and I agreed to receive a refund on that product, but in the end, the item I was supposed to get the refund for was delivered, with item 2, but items 3 and 4 still not left the warehouse and they don't answer my emails. (I did not receive any refund).
