It's because they scam people! I placed 2 separate orders for xs jeans & cargo pants, the cargo pants fit more like a M/L which is CRAZY. The jeans were also too big & poor quality.As I ordered the items separately, I processed both refunds online but sent them back in the same package to save buying an extra bag. They only refunded my for one item regardless of the fact I sent them an email giving them a heads up that both items were being returned in the same package.It's been over a month and countless emails trying to resolve the issue and all I keep getting is a generic response "we've forwarded this onto our returns department" LIKE HELLO? the only reasons I would buy from this company again is to use my store credit when they finally decide to give it to meSo disappointing & their clothing definitely doesn't fit true to size or look anything like the photos

"Horrible, lost order"

I ordered a dress, the shipping address was my skybox. When i tracked the order it just said that it was delivered in the United States. No proper address. When i query the customer service told me that was not their problem and no response to other emails after. I tried getting in contact with the courier and it is as sketchy as it comes. No phone number and no return of emails. So i spent my money and my clothes are lost and they do not care. Horrible. I wont recommend them to anyone
