"Custom charges!!!"

Just purchased two dresses from baby boo. I had a missed delivery card from royal mail and had to collect from the post office.On collection I had a $82 customs charge to pay on two dresses which had already cost me over $200 including delivery. Royal mail informed us that the company do not pay custom charges and that it's a spot check and luck of the draw situation. Contacted baby boo who have offered no refund or compensation.Do not buy from here unless you are prepared to pay an huge amount on custom charges!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Their customer service is horrible and their return policy is completely unacceptable. I ordered some dresses for my daughter but they were poorly made so we shipped them back and requested a refund. Well, their return policy sucks because they only offer store credit. I am not interested in anything else they have there. They do not offer refunds! Buyers beware and don't bother ordering from them! They don't even have a contact phone number so it's left me stuck!

I want to start by saying that the dress is beautiful! It is elegant and very sexy, the color is very pretty and I actually received a lot of compliments, but it was extremely small on me, I usually wear size M in most clothes and that's what I did on this occasion, I ordered size M and when I tried it on I noticed I found it difficult to zip up the back, I even had to ask my husband to help me zip it up, I decided not to return it to order a size L because I no longer had the time to wait for the new size to arrive, on the day of At the party, the dress opened on 2 occasions and on one of them it almost left me naked in front of many people ?, if I ever order a dress through this page again, I will think about it more than once.

I have a ball to go to in less than two weeks and was totally freaking out because every dress site I had tried seemed to be sold out of my size in all of the dresses I liked and I couldn't find anything anywhere - my sister sent me a tiktok she had seen of a girl reviewing the 'Bethany maxi dress' in pink from Babyboo - I was so skeptical as I'd never ordered from them before, but I was desperate. It was the best decision EVER. The dress is absolutely gorgeous, the perfect colour and such good quality material I feel like a Barbie princess walking around in it, and the delivery was RAPID - I couldn't believe it was so quick, I was so relived - it arrived after only a few days somehow. I'm so excited to order from them again now that I've seen all the amazing styles and know I can trust them.
