"Poor quality. Dress unwearable"

36% of VERIFIED reviews for this company are ONE STAR only. IMHO the rest of the reviews seem suspicious. Buyer Beware! My experience: The dress I received did not look like the pictures. It was poor quality and workmanship and is unwearable, Customer Service were polite but would only offer me store credit. I requested a refund, which I am entitled to (for a faulty item ) under NSW consumer laws, but they have refused. I will never purchase anything again from this company.

DON'T EVER BUY FROM THERE! They have been so difficult to deal with and are flat out refusing to refund me under ACL I am entitled to a major remedy within a reasonable time. They do not care about their customers nor do they believe in customer satisfaction. Their customer service sucks as well, can't get through to anyone. I am extremely frustand upset about this and they just refuse to help. I surely will never buy anything again.

"I ordered a dress from this company."

I ordered a dress from this company back in October for a formal event that I had. I was so excited to receive my dress! When I received it, I noticed that the packaging was a little small, and I thought this could not possibly be the dress that I ordered online. When I opened it, it was not only the wrong dress, but it was like an extra extra small so, even if I liked it, I could not possibly wear it on top of it not being in the same price point that I ordered my original dress. I immediately sent the company an email letting them know that they had messed up my order. I sent a picture along with the email showing them that they messed up the order. Do you know that they responded Could I send clear pictures??? When clearly my order showed those dresses look nothing alike, which you could clearly tell from that picture. After the return process was completed I told them that I wanted a refund I did not want a store credit as I did not want to order anything else from the store. Had this been an issue where I just didn't want dress that I ordered, I would understand. But this was a complete miss-step by the company. It has been over two months since I've returned this item and every time I emailed them about my refund they are talking in circles and doing everything possible not to give me my money back. It is too late for me to go through my bank as it's past the dispute window. I just want my money back. It amazes me how these companies operate, have no accountability, and literally care nothing about their customers. The right thing would have been to immediately refund my money, especially given that it was their mess up.

The quality of the clothing is beautiful, long lasting and figure flattering. I would always recommend them to friends because there pieces are simply stunning. At first when receiving the dress, it didn't fit me like the model due to obvious body shapes, but once I got things to make it work, it looked absolutely stunning. Express shipping worked perfectly out for when I needed it and came in great conditions just a bit of wrinkles but got it out. thank you so much xoxo

I will never order again from this site!!!Unfortunately I returned my dress to the Nz address on the bottom of the package ( Babyboo distributing centre)I've emailed over a dozen times to get the address so I can get it returned to me to send to correct Australia store and they keep acting dumb and pretending they don't know the address!Frustrating!They still have my dress!!!

"Custom charges!!!"

Just purchased two dresses from baby boo. I had a missed delivery card from royal mail and had to collect from the post office.On collection I had a $82 customs charge to pay on two dresses which had already cost me over $200 including delivery. Royal mail informed us that the company do not pay custom charges and that it's a spot check and luck of the draw situation. Contacted baby boo who have offered no refund or compensation.Do not buy from here unless you are prepared to pay an huge amount on custom charges!!!!

Do NOT order from this company, they don't do returns which is absolutely shocking! to much of a gamble to pay $100 for a dress and not be able to result in it!

I absolutely love the fit of their bodysuits like no other!! They're true to size and unlike others I've tried, they're snug in all the right places without cutting you off- and are extremely flattering!!
