Terrible company. Received a dress of terrible quality 180$ for what felt like the cheapest dress ever. Not considered faulty so had to pay postage back. Ordered another dress where the zip does not do up and again terrible thin material. Again not considered faulty. Customer service takes a long time to respond. Do not buy anything from this website as if it's faulty you will not get your money back!!

This was my first Babyboo purchase and I will DEF be buying from them again!! I am a 2024 bride, so I will be buying more from here for the honeymoon for sure!! Even though Babyboo is an Australian company, shipping to Nevada was fast and easy! The dress arrived earlier than I expected. The quality is great and the dresses are beautiful! Would HIGHLY recommend Babyboo. Great quality for a great price.

Do not buy from BabyBoo, their sizing is way off and such a hustle to do returns. And they don't do refunds. Wasting your money. I got this dress, it was poorly sewn!! A lot scrambled up on the side and because it was badly sewn doesn't give a smooth body line like in the website. and it just way way too long, their XS isn't XS! To get it altered costed me $245!! And I've bought the dress $157!! Dude for that amount of money you expect them to at least sort out the issue with you but nah they just let you down. Bad customer service. I wish I can upload the pictures to show how bad the dress was

"Clothing arrived faulty"

Clothing arrived faulty, website falsely advertised clothing I ordered. I've been trying to find a resolution for over a month and they do not care. Worst customer service I have ever seen from a company.After a month of solutionless back and forthing this was last email I received "Hi,We understand that your time is valuable and we regret any inconvenience caused by our delayed response.I do apologize for the delay in getting back to you as I am still waiting for the team's approval on your request for refund.We hope you understand that this may take a little while as I have already processed refund and store credits despite the fact that 1 item was worn already.I know where you are coming from thus I really want to help you on this while I conform to the policies set by the company.I will get back to you as soon as possible!If there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out to us again at any time"I hadn't heard back, so I sent a follow up email asking for an update.. however my emails aren't going through anymore. "Address not foundYour message wasn't delivered to "_" because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."I paid $400 for 3 faulty/ falsely advertised items, 30$ for shipping, 70$ in duty. Do not order from this company.

Please be sceptical of these reviews. Think about what you would write in a review and how these reviews have been written- how genuine do they sound? The quality of these clothes is poor- you're better off spending half the price at a local store where you can actually try on the clothes. Babyboo do not give refunds, they give only store credits that must be used within 6 months. Also, for heavily overpriced rags you have to pay $11 for return postage. Shopping at BB is not worth the risk & their policies are way outdated. BB, its not the 1980's any more and there's a gazillion other online clothes shops that offer WAY BETTER terms! Customer support is also poor- they take days to respond to emails. Will never shop here again.
