Devastated by this company. I ordered by accident and pressed the button too fast and within 2 minutes I had sent an email to cancel 2 MINUTES, I have proof, and they then emailed conveniently a few days later saying the items had been 'shipped' and it was too late, I said well I will send them back and expect a refund, they told me I would only get store credit, they do not offer refunds?!! After this, I then got a letter through the post saying I owed $100 worth of customs charge for getting the order, this accidental order cost me $400 and I didn't even like the dresses when they arrived with no option but to keep them and be left with no solution, I emailed them multiple times with my issues and they repeatedly ignored me and offered me no solution, I think the service has been awful and highly don't recommend ordering if you ever want to send anything back, they refuse to let you unless it's an exchange. They didn't listen to me as their customer and now I have to go public, please order with caution!

I needed it before a certain date and was cutting it close but it came earlier than expected, considering it was coming from Australia and I am in the US! I bought a dress for my prom, it arrived and was no good, bear in mind Australia to the Uk. Therefore I've had to send it back which I had to pay $9 to do and also do not get a refund only store credit which is not clear enough. Whilst waiting for the refund I shall not receive I ordered a replacement dress and now will receive this dress and have $84 store credit which I will never use

I ordered the Ariel Maxi Dress off of baby boo, the dress is stunning looking by the pictures. I ordered the dress the first time, and it was expensive but thought it would be worth it, I then paid $13 delivery fee and it came in good timing considering I'm in the UK, but unfortunately it was too big, I sent it back had to pay a $15 return fee, unknowing to me that the only refund policy was store credit.. so I reordered the dress in a smaller size, had to repay a $13 delivery fee as my store credit didn't cover this. The dress took a while to come, and I'm not happy with the product I have received, online the material looks a lovely thick satin, but the dress has arrived in a very thin cheap material, it's a completely different colour than shown on the picture and not worth the over $100 I paid for it, with all the delivery and return fees on top of that. Since it's only store credit there's nothing I can do, because will have to pay another delivery fee. and I wouldn't buy anything else from this website, so i'm $110 down from the price of the dress, $41 down from delivery and return fees, with a very disappointing product that was not at all what it looks like on the website.
